Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Herbs On 10, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our policy below carefully:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for:
- Orders placed by mistake or due to customer error.
- Damaged items.
- Opened or used products.
Refunds
- Refunds are available only for items that meet the return conditions.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not offered for damaged items or customer ordering errors.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for unused, unopened products within 3 days of delivery.
- If you received an incorrect item, we would gladly replace it at no additional cost, however, the price much be same as original cost.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order details and reason for the return/exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return/exchange process.
