About Herbs On 10

Herbs On 10 began with a simple idea and a desire for natural alternatives.

My first product was an all-natural deodorant called Sweat Not!, made with bentonite clay as its active ingredient. I created it to help with chafing in areas where skin meets or overlaps, such as the thighs, under the breasts, and other sensitive areas of the body. After receiving great feedback from people who loved how well it worked, I began selling Sweat Not! on Amazon, where it quickly gained popularity. At the time, I had no idea that this small product would lead me into the world of medicinal herbs.

My journey into herbal wellness deepened when my daughter became pregnant. Wanting to support her naturally during that time, I began researching herbs and creating soothing herbal tea baths to help her relax and care for herself. Those herbal baths soon became popular with others in my community.

As my interest grew, I began studying yoni steaming and the traditional herbs used to support women’s wellness, particularly herbs associated with womb health. After offering yoni steaming to women in my community and receiving meaningful feedback, I felt inspired to learn more about herbs and their broader uses.

What began as a focus on womb-supporting herbs soon expanded into studying herbs that support many systems of the body, including digestion, circulation, stress response, and overall vitality.

To deepen my understanding, I continued my education through mentorship with an experienced herbalist and further studies with Herbal Academy.

Today, Herbs On 10 reflects that journey of curiosity, learning, and respect for plant wisdom. I continue to grow in my herbal studies while offering thoughtfully crafted herbal teas, tinctures, and botanical wellness products.

Herbal learning is a lifelong journey, and my goal with Herbs On 10 is to share the beauty of traditional herbal practices with others exploring natural ways to care for themselves.
